secure parking modern rooms helpful staff missing iron toilet cleaner expensive price
The hotel provide secure parking I think. Modern rooms features a refrigerator too. The staff are helpful. That was a nice surprise for me.
My room has no iron. I find that a real letdown. There wasn't even a toilet cleaner that I can see. I feel that I was overcharged a bit.

onsite restaurant absent bar
i find the lack of an onsite restaurant quite inconvenient. having to search for food elsewhere was a bit of a letdown. the absence of a bar also limits options for relaxation within the hotel. i think more in-house amenities are needed.

cute staff room upgrade clean hotel convenient location
The staff was cute and helpful. the room upgrade was a nice surprise. the hotel was clean. I appreciated that. the location was convenient (near bus 83) for reaching wembley.

the breakfast provided a delicious, simple start to the day. the kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating. complimentary cookies in the room added a cute touch.

the room included miniature soap and a shower cap. a chocolate was placed on the pillow. the room's decor was beautiful, and the bathroom was very clean. the room was very comfortable.

the front office staff gave helpful directions, including bus numbers. staff accommodated an early check-in request with no issues. staff allowed luggage storage after checkout (a very useful service).

coffee, tea, and biscuits were available throughout the day during the week. parking felt secure, a definite plus. i did see urns for coffee and tea on friday afternoon.

great stay, perfect location
helpful staff clean bathrooms
i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available all day. the front office staff were helpful with directions and bus routes. i found the room beautifully decorated. bathrooms were very clean.
there is no onsite restaurant, so finding food required going elsewhere.
